This is a translation of the article published in the LaLaLa News paper

"Japanese female developer Yasumin Saito held a land breaking ceremony in Rosarito.

Rosarito Beach is located 20 min. south from the San Diego border. On Sep 22nd, The Land breaking ceremony was held for a Japanese development condominium in Rosarito which is known as the beach resort place for Americans.
Las Flores is the first condominium developed by a Japanese female. Ceremony was Japanese style and this might be the first and last time for the invited to attend a Japanese land breaking ceremony in front of the beautiful Mexican ocean. The Mayor of Rosarito, Mr.Tores and many Mexican real estate agents were surprised by the style of this land breaking but once the celebration started, they enjoyed the food and the cultural exchange between Japanese and Mexican food.
The American real estate market remains stagnant but the Mexican one shows a steady appreciation. Especially in Rosarito beach, many condos like the Trump Tower are under construction. Las Flores has Japanese pottery equipment, Mexican exterior and American modern utilities so that it is best for not only investment but also as second house and retirement house. Yasumin Saito also coordinates Mexican real estate property tour.

Yasumin Saito who developed Las Flores deal with American mortgage and real estate sales, at the same time, she is one of the not many brokers dealing with Mexican mortgage and real estate sales. She promotes investment for Mexican properties and cultural exchange very actively.

The construction of the condominiums represents a challenge for the architect Ernesto Alonso Moreno, by the characteristics of the land, which is a slope with an excellent view to the bay El Descanso.
According to what commented the developer, this is a project that started four years ago when she bought the land to build her house and then she thought this was an ideal space to place condominiums, because of the privacy of the area and its amazing ocean view.
Now the executive project is already taking place and has completed all the necessary procedures to seek the construction permission and to initiate the construction of the building within two or three months approximately.
