American properties take a break, Mexican propeties are brisk

  More recently American 5 network TVstations broadcasted an appreciation of propeties around Rosarito Beach. Presently U.S.. real estate remains on a plateau and hasn’t had good appeal. In the other hands, it was bradcasted that the appreciation around Rosarito which is located 20 minutes from the San Diego border by car, is big.

We predict that the prices will rise till a half of American real estate propeties within 5 years. If a propety you bought for US $250 rises to 1 million, then this was a realy good investment. Not only the appreciation but also the cost of maintenance and tax are not compared with American’s. In USA you pay 1.25% of purchase cost. If you bought a house for US $800K, you had to pay a propety tax of US $10K every year. But a Mexican normal house is just US $300.
