On Saturday September 22 started the promotion and pre-sale of the real estate development "Las Flores", the first Japanese investment of this type in Rosarito Beach, that besides will be performed by a woman. The construction of the condominiums represents a challenge for the architect Ernesto Alonso Moreno, by the characteristics of the land, which is a slope with an excellent view to the bay El Descanso.
According to what commented the developer, this is a project that started four years ago when she bought the land to build her house and then she thought this was an ideal space to place condominiums, because of the privacy of the area and its amazing ocean view.
Now the executive project is already taking place and has completed all the necessary procedures to seek the construction permission and to initiate the construction of the building within two or three months approximately.
The past November 30th. Financial One Inc.'s General Manager, Yasumin Saito, gave a seminar in Japan with the goal of introducing Mexican wine to the Japanese community. In Japan the wine consumption has greatly incread nd their main wine importer is France. Here in Financial One Inc. and Casa Yasumin, we appreciate the good quality of the Mexican wine. Therefore we are trying to introduce this delicious product to the Japanese market.
There was also a religious ceremony were a Buddhist monk blessed the construction site to assure success and good fortune to the condominiums "Las Flores"
The Main trip destinations in Mexico are Cancun and Los Cabos. A while ago, Acapulco was one of them. Mexico has many more wonderful places. Rosarito Beach is one of them. Rosarito Beach is the closest resort area from San Diego CA. Yahoo U.S. listed Rosarito Beach as a popular destination. Rosarito Beach is well known as a good surfing spot. Many houses and condos are located along the long coastline.

They also have good quality meat dishes like Argentina Barbecue. You can shop local crafts that are not available in Japan or any other place. They have good quality hotels and vacation rental condos and houses. There are many doctors of plastic surgery who has the same skill but lower price than U.S.
